I love writing stories in different genres and the time spent waiting to hear back from a submission is often painful. During the waiting time, I find great relief in working on another story or poem. If I receive a rejection, my heart sinks a little bit. My writings are like children and when one is rejected, it hurts a little bit.

Spillwords Press has been wonderful in accepting my poetry and prose throughout this past year. This month, I had the distinct honour of having my poem, “Tomb of Our Love”, present in their Featured section.
